Matzot Aviv was established in 1887 at the border between Jaffa and Neve-Tzedek, the first neighborhood of Tel Aviv.
Matzot Aviv was the first automated factory for matzos in Israel. The factory moved to its current location in the city of Bnei-Brak, which is a suburb of Tel Aviv, in 1946 and was rebuilt completely in 1986.
Today, Aviv has the most sophisticated technology and machinery with the best “know how” in order to produce genuine matzos, cookies and matzo products.
Matzot Aviv has its own Research and Development division that keeps innovating new products every year in order to make Passover an interesting culinary holiday.
